Designed a role-based management system for clients, staff, and admins to reduce manual coordination.
Implemented RESTful APIs with Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB to handle appointments, services, and reporting securely.
Built a responsive Next.js frontend with an admin dashboard for real-time insights into bookings and business performance.

Delivered the complete solution from database design and backend APIs to dashboard UI and deployment.
Structured the architecture for scalability so new modules (billing, inventory, branches) can be added without major refactors.
